Rob Cordonier, former pastry chef at Burrowing Owl and current chef at Hillside Estate in Naramata, will be offering a cooking class using recipes from our cookbook, From the Olive Grove. Recipes include his own contribution to From the Olive Grove: decadent three-layered chocolate cake and two other dessert surprises.
