Our fine aged balsamic vinegar has a delicate sweet, sour taste, mysterious complexity of flavours and aroma. Its dark colour comes exclusively from the Corinthian raisins, no additional colours or sugars are added. Our Golden Olive Evangeline® is an excellent quality biological balsamic vinegar made with a traditional recipe using only Corinthian Raisins, a product of organic farming. We have created a naturally pure product that combines the care of the environment, health of man - with our inherited values- to bring you the unique taste that only the Greek sun & soil can offer.
