Golden Olive Certified Organic Elatomelo Fir Honey

Golden Olive Certified Organic Elatomelo Fir Honey Elatomelo (or fir honey) is produced at 2000 meters altitude at the Mount Mainalon (Protected District of Origin) in Greece. Called the Vanilla of Mainalon, this honey is made from honey bees feeding on fir trees.

The final product is a very thick honey that does not crystallize due to its low glucose & fructose content.

Elatomelo is rich in iron & calcium content, and helps the body absorb iron.
