Organic Kalamata Olives and Green Olive Tapenade, Kalamata Olive Tapenade A unique gourmet blend of Greek olives, spices, aromatic flavours and extra virgin olive oil are blended to create this delicious appetizer, also used as a special ingredient for cooking, as a garnish for hors-d'oeuvres or simply as a spread on fresh baked bread. It is 100% natural and a vegetarian product. Its a time saver for the professional chef or the gourmet cook.

Golden Olive Vassiliki® Green Olive Tapenade and Golden Olive Vassiliki® Kalamata Olive Tapenades is part of our Vassiliki® olive product line: 100 % All natural vegetarian olive tapenades are made for us in Greece with quality ingredients. Coarsely chopped Greek olives, roasted red peppers, sun dried tomatoes, capers, extra virgin olive oil, & lemon juice. The Green Olive Tapenade has a little garlic and a Greek aromatic spice called Throubi (it's something in between Thyme & Oregano).

The Kalamata Olive Tapenade is made with the rich Kalamata olives coarsely chopped, roasted red peppers, sun dried tomatoes, capers, extra virgin olive oil, & lemon juice, very little is added to enhance the natural richness of the kalamta olive. Both tapenades are delicious and can be used in many various ways.

As an appetitizer spread on crackers or crostini. Added to your cooking, its adds a flavour burst. Excellent with pasta, chicken, game, veal, or fish. Add to your gourmet pizza it enhances the taste. Mixed into dips and sauces adds an intense flavour hit. In sandwiches it gives a wonderful Mediterranean taste.
